July 24th, a memorable day.... the day we head all the way to Gopeng, Perak... for.... WATER RAFTING!!!! XD
Meet at seri petaling with the rest of the team to ride on a rented bus to the location.... Once we reach there, we took the mini lorry- all of us were standing behind the lorry during the journey into the starting point as bus were too big to enter the kampung area... it was fun riding behind the lorry, trying to avoid the branchess.. and some of us try to pluck the rambutans from the treess.. lol...
Once we reach the office, we were given a short brief before heading to another location for waterfall abseiling.. it was scary and slippery.. altho was just a short distance, but my hands were hurt during the process and yes i got some souvenirs.. =.=" bruises on my arms.. T_T
After that we head for lunch, and some durians.. yum yum fresh from the tree.... XD
After a short rest, some fo us included me actually fall asleep..lol... we took the lorry and head to another destination for water raflting.. Finally!! the long awaits.... We were den divided into 4 groups of 6 ppl... we were taught ways to react once we fall from the boat.. in the beginning, we were given a chance to float on the water and learn the technique we were brief earlier... it was hard, really hard... especially once you passed the mini waterfall it was hard to swim towards the shore- even with all your mighty strength! thank god for the rope thrown on me.. otherwise i can't imagine where will the water flow bring me to...><
In my group are my GM- kitt and his wife, louise, eunice, derek and i... the journey was fun and of cuz tiring, or using all ur strength against the river... few times our leader(the organization staff) turned our boat upside down without any notice.. causes me to get cuts and bruises AGAIN .... T_T pity my arms and legs..... sob sob...
As the saying, fun time doesn't last long... without realizing, our adventure has came to an end.... We head back to the headquarter and washed up, had some hot drinks and head to the town for dinner.... i can't wait for another adventure with them.... hoping for one soon.. lol...
