Should i quit my current job? or should i continue to work until mid of 2011(to further studies in aussie)?

I am thinking of changing job to get different knowledges before further my studies.. at least i know the options to study for in uni.. But just had a discussion with my senior.... If time given were longer, he said I can learn quite a lot in here(current company). As i will have the chance to visit sites and learn "behind the scene" of an event.. But is it worth it? to cont to stay in this company.. The salary is average but work is way lot... im not sure wat job or wat i want to do yet...

in middle of dilemma..
What do you all think?
